Getting Ready to Speak

What will our testimony be? How will we be remembered? Will we be remembered how God moved in our lives? Will our children know our testimony?
All we do HAS to be in obedience to God and He deserves all the glory. Then and only then can we move out and be effective in the community. the world for Him.
The only way we can do this is to die to ourselves and be born again with the Power of the Holy Spirit. Have you died to yourself in order to live a new live?

Getting Ready to Experience

Are we ready, as a church, to cross the (spiritual) Jordan? Do we have (enough) faith to take this leap? Or are we complacent and happy with what we have. Are we using excuses (lack of: money, people, programs....) to stay on the shore and never cross over. ARE WE AFRAID? We need not be, as God takes care of all things, as long as we believe and follow Him. All God is asking from His people is that we lift up His Word. When we do this, we WILL cross the Jordan, as God is faithful to those who are faithful to Him.

Part 1: The Who of Knowing In Our Heart the Proverbs

Kings 4:29 tells us that God gave Solomon wisdom. Solomon had asked for this wisdom from God and God answered his prayer. But Solomon had to live in God's ways to retain this wisdom. How can we obtain this same (God's) wisdom? Live in God's way and ASK. Solomon wrote God's way (as he was filled with God's wisdom) the Proverbs. So it is God's will for us that are written in the Proverbs. Write the Proverbs on YOUR heart and God WILL answer ALL your prayers.

Life is a Beautiful Gift

Genesis 1:1;" In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth".
The world does not believe this by faith. God is sovereign over all things, no matter what man does, says and teaches. HE gave them over to a deprived mind, as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God. (Romans 1:28-32).
By refusing to admit that God is sitting next to you ALL the time (Psalm 139:13-16), you cannot write your story for Jesus Christ.

Getting Ready to See

What do you see concerning God? How He: called you, uses you, moves in your life.
Do we look at our lives and do we see the problems ahead or do we see the victory we have in Christ? The key question you have to answer honestly in your heart: Is Christ moving in your life? If the answer is "no", you have to ask yourself "why not"? Get on your knees and pray to God to show you why you are in this condition, so you can change with His help.

The End of the Year.....The Beginning of All Things

As Christ believers, what do we have to look forward to? What is there to anticipate that our Savior already has secured for us on the cross. There is today and there is The Day of The Lord. If He was to return today, what side would you be on? Do you anticipate in joy or do you anticipate in fear?

What a Great Christmas Present!

The greatest gift is not the baby in the manger; it is who this baby is and what He has done for us. Only thru Him can we have eternal life.
There are many who have never opened the perfect gift and then there are some who have rejected it. But we have to remember it is never too late to repent and ask for forgiveness. The gift is free, no matter of your past and what you have done. Just look at the thief on the cross (Luke 23:42-43).
